Ingredients:
• 85 g – bread crumbs
• 300 ml – Milk
• 70 g – Sugar
• 20 g – Butter
• 10 g – cocoa
• 2 – eggs
Method:
- Boil milk, cocoa, butter and pour over breadcrumbs and sugar.
- Stand for 10 mins, then add beaten yolks.
- Grease a dish and pour the mix in. Bake in moderate oven till set.
- Whip whites stiffly with 2 tbsps sugar.
- Spread on top and brown in low oven.
