
Ingredients:
• 6 – chapatti
• 100 g – Cabbage
• 100 g – Carrot
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Capsicum
• 5 – beans
• Salt, to taste
• Oil, for seasoning
• 5 Cloves – Garlic
• 6 – Red Chillies
Method:
- Cut chapatti into long slender bits and also the vegetables, onion, and capsicum.
- Make a paste with garlic, red chillies and a little salt.
- Pour oil in a kadai and saute the ground masala.
- Add onion and the beans and saute for some time (till the onion turns golden brown in colour).
- Add the carrot, cabbage and saute for 2 to 3 mins
- Then add the capsicum and saute.
- Add the chapatti bits and saute well for about 6 mins
- Garnish with spring onions and serve.
