Ingredients:
• 2 cup – water spinach, chopped
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 5 – Garlic cloves, minced
• 4 – Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 3 – Curry leaves
• Salt
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, urad dal and red chillies
- Add the chopped onions and stir till it turns translucent.
- Add the minced garlic, stir for 2 mins
- Add the chopped water spinach to the kadai and add salt
- Simmer for 10 mins
- Add grated coconut and remove from fire.
