Ingredients:
• 2 medium-sized Cauliflower
• 1 teacup – boiled Green peas
• Grated cheese for garnishing (optional) Mix the following ingredients and blend them into a thick smooth green paste:
• 1 bunch (or 75 gms) fresh Coriander leaves
• 4 Green chillies
• 3 tbsp fresh coconut, grated
• 3/4 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 lemon, squeezed
• Salt to taste. Mix the following ingredients and cook over low heat to get a smooth paste:
• 1 teacup – Tomato ketchup – 1/2 cup – water
• 1 tsp plain flour
Method:
- Boil whole cauliflower in salted water.
- When soft, drain the water and leave it on a sieve to dry.
- When completely dry, stuff the cauliflower with the green paste. Make sure that the paste is thick enough so that it does not leave water while stuffing.
- Keep the cauliflower warm in a preheated oven (about 100 degree C) for as long as you want.
- Just before serving, pour over the red sauce, boiled peas and grated cheese.
- Return to a slightly hotter oven till the cheese melts and serve hot.
