
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1.5 cup – Sugar
• 3 tsp – Ghee
• 3 to 4 – cardamom, powdered
• 4 tbsp – Milk
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a heavy bottom pan or kadai and place on stove on low flame.
- Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves so that the mixture does not stick to the pan.
- Add milk if needed to give a milky taste. Stir till it solidifies.
- Take a plate and grease it with ghee/oil and pour the mixture and let it cool for 3-4 hrs.
- Then cut it into desired shapes and serve.
