Ingredients:

• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1.5 cup – Sugar
• 3 tsp – Ghee
• 3 to 4 – cardamom, powdered
• 4 tbsp – Milk

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a heavy bottom pan or kadai and place on stove on low flame.
  2. Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves so that the mixture does not stick to the pan.
  3. Add milk if needed to give a milky taste. Stir till it solidifies.
  4. Take a plate and grease it with ghee/oil and pour the mixture and let it cool for 3-4 hrs.
  5. Then cut it into desired shapes and serve.
