Ingredients:

• 250 g – beans
• 2 – Carrots
• 100 g – fresh Green peas
• 1/4 cup – fresh Coconut (grated)
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1/2 – Onion (finely chopped)
• 4 tsps. – cooking oil
• 1 tsp – mixed spices
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 spoon – Urad Dal
• Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut beans into small pieces and grate carrot and keep them aside.
  2. Heat two spoons of oil in a pan.
  3. Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, channa dal, urad dal.
  4. Add finely chopped chilli.
  5. Add onions and fry for a minute.
  6. Add sugar.
  7. Add beans and fry for 4 mins.
  8. Add grated carrot and green peas and fry.
  9. Add salt and lime water and mix well.
  10. Add coconut in the end and mix well and serve.
