
Ingredients:
• 150g – Wheat flour
• 50g – semolina
• 50g – Besan (gram flour)
• 150g – Pure Ghee
• 150 ml – Milk
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix wheat flour, semolina, besan and salt.
- Make a well in the mixture.
- Add ghee and milk and make dough.
- Make even sized flat balls with the dough.
- Bake in medium hot oven for 20 mins.
- Serve piping hot.
