
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Paneer (diced)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tbsp – Ginger – Garlic paste
• 1 – Onion (diced)
• 3 tbsp – Capsicum
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3/4 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 – Tomato (diced)
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin, ginger-garlic paste, onion, capsicum and salt.
- Saute for sometime and then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder.
- Saute, till the raw smell goes, add the paneer and tomato.
- Cook till the masala binds with the paneer and we get the required gravy.
- Add 1 tsp lime juice before serving.
