
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Potatoes
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Cuminutes powder
• 1 tsp – fennel powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 3 tbsp – oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cook potatoes as explained in microwave potatoes. Peel and cut into 3 cm cubes.
- Combine all the powders with salt and tomato puree.
- Mix potatoes with the masala mixture. Place in a wide microwave safe dish in a single layer.
- Pour oil all over, cook on full power for 8-10 minutes, stirring once every 2 minutes.
- Serve with puri or chapatti.
