
Ingredients:
• 4 cups – rice, cooked
• 25 g – Green chillies (dried)
• 1/4 cup – coriander, minced
• 1/4 cup – parsley, minced
• 1/2 cup – Spring onions with green, minced
• 3/4 cup – sour Cream
• 1 cup – cooking cheese 1 cup
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- In a large bowl, mix rice, parsley, coriander, onions and chillies.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Grease a baking dish and spread half the rice mixture and top with half the cheese.
- Repeat layers ending with cheese layer.
- Bake at 350 C for 20-25 minutes or till it is bubbly.
- Serve hot.
