Ingredients:
• Almond – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 4 to 6
• Garlic- 3 flakes
• Ginger – 1 inch piece
• Coriander leaves – a small sprig
• Tamarind – a small piece
• Salt to taste
• For seasoning:
• Oil
• Mustard – 1 tsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – 4 to 6
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients finely.
- Heat oil for seasoning, roast mustard, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
- Add to the chutney.
