Ingredients:

• 2 – Egg yolk
• 1/4 cup – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tbsp – plain flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Beat the egg. Add sugar, salt, plain flour and pepper powder to it. Beat it well till it is smooth.
  2. Heat vinegar and pour it over the egg mixture.
  3. Put the mixture in the top of double boiler.
  4. Cook over water till it thickens, stirring continuously.
  5. Add butter and mix it well.
  6. Remove it from the stove.
  7. Serve it once it is cold.
