
Ingredients:
• Sooji – 1 cup
• Milk – 3 cups
• Sugar – 1.5 cups
• Ghee – 1 cup
• Cardamom- 5, finely powdered
• Raisins, almonds, cashews, Walnuts – 1/2 cup
Method:
- Take 2 tsp of ghee in a thick bottom pan.
- Add raisins, almonds, cashews, walnuts and fry till golden brown.
- Keep aside the fried nuts and raisins. Add the rest of the ingredients (sooji, milk, sugar, ghee, cardamom) in the same pan.
- Cook on medium heat while continuously stirring the mixture till it leaves the edges and forms a lump in the middle.
- Pour this into a buttered tray or cake pan.
- Cut in to pieces of required shapes and leave aside for cooling.
- Decorate this fried nuts and raisins on top.
