Ingredients:
• Raw mangoes – 500 g
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Fenugreek powder (methi) – 1 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tbsp
• Mustard power – 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder to taste
• Oil – – 3 tbsp
• Asafoetida
Method:
- Cut the mangoes into small pieces mix it with fenugreek powder, mustard powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds, add turmeric powder and asafoetida. Pour this seasoning into the mango mixture and mix well.
