Ingredients:

• Cauliflower – 1 (cut into big florets)
• Green chillies – 2
• Curd – 1 cup
• Black Mustard Seeds – 3 tbsp
• Khus Khus – 4 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
• Hing – 1 pinch
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make paste of mustard seeds and khus khus, adding a little water.
  2. Chop the green chillies and mix all ingredients together, including oil.
  3. Keep the vessel over a low flame, covered.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes or until gobi becomes tender.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
