
Ingredients:
• 2 tsp – pepper Corns
• 10 to 12 – Cloves
• 8 – Cardamoms
• 6 – small sticks of Cinnamon
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1 tbsp – fennel or Saunf
• 1 – Star anise (optional)
Method:
- Roast all the ingredients lightly, for a few minutes.
- Dry grind to a fine powder.
- This spice powder can be used for any recipe that calls for all spice powder.
