
Ingredients:
• For deep frying:
• 4 medium sized – Potatoes (cut into bite sized pieces)
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder (according to taste)
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• a pinch – ajinomoto
• salt to taste
• For the gravy:
• 2 tsp – Curd
• 2 sprigs – coriander and Mint
• 2 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• a pinch – red color
Method:
- Mix the ingredients for deep frying and keep aside for 2 minutes.
- Deep fry and keep aside for later use.
- Grind all the gravy ingredients into a thick paste. Don’t add a lot of water.
- Fry the gravy in 4 tsp of oil with curry leaves and garlic cloves till the gravy gets thick and the oil separates
- Add the fried potatoes and fry on simmer for 4min.
- Variation: The same curry can be replaced with cauliflower or chicken.
- Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
