Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Almonds
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp. – pure Ghee
• 1/2 cup condensed Milk
• 1/2 tbsp. – vanilla essence
• 1/2 tbsp. – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Make a paste of 3/4th cup of almonds.
  2. Cut the remaining 1/4th cup almonds into long strips and keep it aside.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and add the almond paste, milk, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla essence and cardamom powder and keep adding ghee little by little until a thick consistency is reached.
  4. When the mixture is well cooked and becomes thick and leaves the sides of the pan, pour into a greased tray and allow it to cool.
  5. After cooling, sprinkle the remaining almond strips on top and press well with a spatula.
  6. Cut into thick, square pieces and serve.
