Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Potato, boiled and cut into 1 cm dices
• 1 cup – Pomegranate seeds
• 1 cup – Curd
• 1 tbsp – Coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1 – Green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
• Salt and Sugar (to taste)
• 1/2 tsp – Chaat Masala

Method:

  1. Beat curd. Add salt and sugar and mix well.
  2. To this, add boiled potato dices and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Add green chillies and mix well.
  4. Add a pinch of Chaat Masala and mix.
  5. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and Chaat powder.
  6. Ready to serve.
