Ingredients:

• Potato – 1/2 kg
• Onion – 2
• Oil-200 ml) Garlic – 5-6
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Besan – 150 gm

Method:

  1. Boil the potato.
  2. In a pan fry the onion with garlic and mix the garam masala, then mix the boiled potato, salt and mix them properly and make into small rounds.
  3. Dip them in besan paste (salt as per requirement) and fry them in oil.
  4. Serve hot with sauce
