
Ingredients:
• Potato – 1/2 kg
• Onion – 2
• Oil-200 ml) Garlic – 5-6
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Besan – 150 gm
Method:
- Boil the potato.
- In a pan fry the onion with garlic and mix the garam masala, then mix the boiled potato, salt and mix them properly and make into small rounds.
- Dip them in besan paste (salt as per requirement) and fry them in oil.
- Serve hot with sauce
