Ingredients:
• 15 – Potato chips per person
• 1 bowl – plain Yoghurt
• salt to taste
• 1/4 sp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 sp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera
• chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Arrange the chips one by one on a serving plate.
- Add salt to the yoghurt and spread on the chips.
- Sprinkle cumin powder, chilli powder, fresh coriander leaves and jeera.
- Serve immediately before the chips get soggy.
