Ingredients:

• 15 – Potato chips per person
• 1 bowl – plain Yoghurt
• salt to taste
• 1/4 sp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 sp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera
• chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. Arrange the chips one by one on a serving plate.
  2. Add salt to the yoghurt and spread on the chips.
  3. Sprinkle cumin powder, chilli powder, fresh coriander leaves and jeera.
  4. Serve immediately before the chips get soggy.
