
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – chopped long beans (phali)
• 2 -diced Potatoes
• 2- Tomatoes chopped
• 2- Onion chopped
• 2 heaped tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp -chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute the onions till golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes, followed by coriander powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder and fry till the tomatoes turns mushy and oil separates.
- Add the potatoes and long beans with salt. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low flame till the vegetables are cooked through. Serve with rice or roti.
