Ingredients:
• 8 – large Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped pudina/mint leaves
• 1/4 cup – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 – Green chillies chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• A pinch of Asafoetida
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander seed powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – Lemon juice
Method:
- Boil and peel potatoes, and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and chopped green chillies.
- Fry for some time and then add the potatoes immediately.
- Add pudina, salt and all masala, and fry till potatoes turn light brown.
- Put chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve as a side dish.
