Ingredients:

• 8 – large Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped pudina/mint leaves
• 1/4 cup – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 – Green chillies chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• A pinch of Asafoetida
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander seed powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Boil and peel potatoes, and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and chopped green chillies.
  3. Fry for some time and then add the potatoes immediately.
  4. Add pudina, salt and all masala, and fry till potatoes turn light brown.
  5. Put chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Serve as a side dish.
