Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 4 – Onions
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Coconut
• Butter
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 3 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan, add the onions. When the onions are golden brown, add tomato and fry.
- Grind the coconut finely and add it in the pan.
- Now add chicken and mix well.
- Add the garam masala, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and fry nicely.
- Pour a little water and allow the chicken to cook well.
- Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
