Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 4 – Onions
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Coconut
• Butter
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 3 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add the onions. When the onions are golden brown, add tomato and fry.
  2. Grind the coconut finely and add it in the pan.
  3. Now add chicken and mix well.
  4. Add the garam masala, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and fry nicely.
  5. Pour a little water and allow the chicken to cook well.
  6. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
