
Ingredients:
• 1/2 liter – sour buttermilk
• 1 – Onion
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Curry leaves
• A pinch of Turmeric
• For paste:
• 1 tsp – Toor Dal
• 1 tsp – dhaniya
• 1/4 tsp – Methi seeds
Method:
- Take a pan and put 3 tsp oil in it.
- Add mustard, curry leaves, chopped onion and green chillies. Fry for some time.
- Soak all ingredients for paste in water for 1/2 hour and grind it.
- Mix all the ingredients to butter milk and add this to onions.
- Add in turmeric and chilli powder and cook for 1/2 hour.
