
Ingredients:
• 200g – dried Figs (Anjeer)
• 50g – Almonds
• 10g – desi Ghee
Method:
- Finely chop dried figs. Crush the almonds in a mixer.
- In a mixing bowl put chopped dried figs and almonds.
- Cook the mixture in ghee
- When it cools, mix evenly using your palms and a little ghee.
- Grease a tray with a little ghee.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the tray.
- Use a heavy copper glass and pat all across the mixture to make it compact.
