
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Maida
• 1/2 cup – sooji
• 1/2 cup- Rice flour
• 3 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 – Onions
• 2 tsp – hot oil
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Take a handful at a time and mix with water to make dough.
- Then flatten it with your palm and deep fry.
- Repeat again with the rest of the dough.
- Serve warm.
