
Ingredients:
• 50 g – dried Mango powder (amchoor)
• 2 tbsp – cumin
• 9 tbsp – crushed Sugar powder
• 1 – medium Lime
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Add jeera to a pan and cook on medium heat.
- Once jeera is dark red, crush it finely in a mixer.
- Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
- Mix the remaining sugar, lime juice, jeera powder, dried mango powder and salt together.
- Make small balls and roll them in the sugar. Then put them on a paper napkin and dry for 1.5 hours in the sun.
