Ingredients:

• Golden apple, diced – 1
• Firm, ripe Bananas – 2
• Paneer, diced – 1/2 cup
• Red Chillies – 2
• Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
• Sugar – a pinch
• Salt to taste
• Roasted Cumin seed powder – 1/2 tsp
• Roasted groundnuts – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai.
  2. When heated, add the red chillies, cumin seed powder and fry.
  3. Now add the apples, diced bananas, diced paneer and quickly toss for 2 mins.
  4. Add salt and sugar.
  5. Take off the heat and transfer contents to the serving bowl.
  6. Sprinkle coriander seeds and roasted groundnuts and serve.
