Ingredients:
• golden Apple – 1 cup, chopped (do not peel)
• red Apple – 1 cup, chopped (do not peel)
• Carrot – 1 cup, coarsely grated
• cooked Rajma (red kidney beans) – 1 cup
• Spring onion – 1 cup, chopped
• Lime juice – 2 tbsp
• Raisins – ½ cup
• Honey – 2 tbsp
• Olive oil – 2 tbsp
• sesame seeds – 3 tbsp, roasted
• freshly crushed black pepper
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix both the apples together and toss in the lime juice.
- Combine it with raisins, carrot, chick peas and spring onion.
- Prepare a dressing by mixing together, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour it over the salad and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top.
