Ingredients:

• 1 – Apple
• 2 – Bananas
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 25 g – grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• salt

Method:

  1. Wash and de-skin the apple and grate it.
  2. Chop the bananas into small pieces.
  3. Take a Kadai (or a frying pan) and add 2 tsp of cooking oil, few mustard seeds and cumin seeds (jeera). Wait till they splutter.
  4. Add the two red chillies and fry till brown.
  5. Cool the mixture in the frying pan.
  6. Add in grated apples, chopped bananas, coconut, coriander leaves, sugar and salt.
  7. Served in a bowl.
