Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – apples
• Cloves, cinnamon, Lemon juice or Ginger – as per taste
Method:
- Clean and core the apples.
- Chop them up and put them in a blender to blend into a fine pulp.
- Sieve the pulp through a cheese cloth/muslin cloth.
- The collected juice is the apple cider.
- You can enhance the flavour by adding cloves, cinnamon, lemon juice or ginger.
- You can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
