Ingredients:

• Apple – 250 g
• Fresh Cream – 100 g
• Lemon jelly – 100 g packet
• Almond – 25
• Sugar – 8 tsp

Method:

  1. Remove seeds from the apples with the help of a peeler, but do not peel off the skin.
  2. Cut the apples into half and shape or scoop them so that they become like cups.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup of water and 8 tsp of sugar in a pressure cooker.
  4. Add the apples.
  5. Put off the flame after the first whistle.
  6. Put the apples in a serving dish, the skin side down.
  7. Cook lemon jelly in one cup of water and pour in the apple cups.
  8. Keep in the refrigerator and allow it to set.
  9. Add sugar in the fresh cream and whip it well.
  10. In a piping, add this cream and decorate the apples with this cream.
  11. Soak the almonds into hot water and remove their skin.
  12. Cut the almonds into half and sprinkle on the icing.
