
Ingredients:
• Apple – 250 g
• Fresh Cream – 100 g
• Lemon jelly – 100 g packet
• Almond – 25
• Sugar – 8 tsp
Method:
- Remove seeds from the apples with the help of a peeler, but do not peel off the skin.
- Cut the apples into half and shape or scoop them so that they become like cups.
- Pour 1/2 cup of water and 8 tsp of sugar in a pressure cooker.
- Add the apples.
- Put off the flame after the first whistle.
- Put the apples in a serving dish, the skin side down.
- Cook lemon jelly in one cup of water and pour in the apple cups.
- Keep in the refrigerator and allow it to set.
- Add sugar in the fresh cream and whip it well.
- In a piping, add this cream and decorate the apples with this cream.
- Soak the almonds into hot water and remove their skin.
- Cut the almonds into half and sprinkle on the icing.
