Ingredients:
• 2 cups flour (maida)
• 3 apples, peeled, chopped
• 1 tbsp – raisins, soaked in water, drained
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• Milk as needed
• Ghee
• A pinch of salt
• Vanilla ice Cream
Method:
- Cook apples, raisins and sugar with lemon juice till soft and pulpy.
- Add cinnamon and cook till dry. Remove.
- Mix flour, beaten eggs and enough milk to make a batter.
- Beat well and add a pinch of salt.
- Grease a griddle.
- Pour one ladle of batter.
- Spread into a thin round.
- Cover and cook. Open.
- Put a spoon of apple filling in the centre and roll over from both sides.
- Remove to a platter.
- Cook all pancakes like this and serve cold with ice cream.
