Ingredients:
• For the Dough:
• 4 tbsp – Whole Wheat flour or plain flour
• 1 tsp – Oil
• A pinch of salt
• For the Apple Mixture:
• 1/2 cup – Apple whip
• For Serving:
• 4 tsp – Vanilla Cream
Method:
- Mix the flour, oil and salt.
- Add water and prepare a soft dough.
- Knead well, divide into 4 portions and roll out into chapattis.
- Put a little apple mixture in each chapatti and close.
- Arrange the stuffed chapattis on a greased baking tray.
- Brush lightly with a little butter and bake in a hot oven at 200 deg F for 10 minutes.
- Serve with cold vanilla cream.
