Ingredients:
• 250 gm – Cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup – dried apricots, chopped
• 3 firm pears, halved seeded and sliced thin
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 6 slices Raisin or Walnut bread
• Dash of Cinnamon
Method:
- Toss pears in lemon juice to avoid discoloration.
- Combine cream cheese and apricots.
- Spread on the bread.
- Stand a line of pears on their long edges in the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle little cinnamon on each.
