Ingredients:
• 185 g – Apricot nectar
• 3 tbsp – plain Yoghurt
• 2 tbsp – Cottage cheese
• 2 tsp – Honey
• 6 ice cubes
Method:
- Put cottage cheese, honey and yoghurt in a blender, blend on medium speed until smooth.
- Gradually add apricot nectar, blend until combined.
- Add ice cubes, blend for a further 1 minute.
