Ingredients:

• Apple juice – 120 ml
• Coconut syrup – 50 ml
• Fresh Cream – 30 ml
• Vanilla ice – 1 scoop
• Mint leaves – 3
• Crushed ice
• For topping – Few Mint leaves and desiccated Coconut

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients with the scoop of crushed ice. Blend using a hand blender.
  2. Dip the rim of a glass in the prepared drink. Now coat the rim with desiccated coconut, pour the prepared drink in the coconut rimmed glass.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
