Ingredients:

• Colocasia – 250 g
• Mustard Seeds (white) – 3 tsp, soaked in 1/2 cup of hot water for 20 minutes
• Green chillies – 5
• Mustard oil – 2 tsp.

Method:

  1. Boil the colocasia and when cool mash it.
  2. Make a smooth paste of mustard seeds, green chillies and salt.
  3. Mix them with colocasia and oil. Serve hot.
