
Ingredients:
• 1 lb – Rice flour
• 10 oz – Jaggery or Sugar
• oil or Ghee for frying
Method:
- Boil water with jaggery or sugar till it becomes a syrup.
- Add rice floor to it slowly and continuously, stirring until it becomes a stiff dough. Keep aside to cool.
- Make arisa pithas (small and thick rolls like kachori).
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the arisa pithas.
- Serve it hot or cold.
