Ingredients:

• 8 – arvi, small
• 1/2 tsp -mustard
• 1/2 tsp- Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain seeds
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp- Turmeric powder
• a few Curry leaves
• 1/2 tbsp – Lemon (squeezed)
• a pinch of Hing
• salt
• 1 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Boil the arvi till cooked (not very soft). Cool it and peel the skin and cut it.
  2. Heat oil, add hing, mustard, cumin seeds, ajwain, curry leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and then arvi. Fry for some time.
  3. When done add the lemon Juice.
  4. Serve hot with puri or chappati.
