
Ingredients:
• 8 – arvi, small
• 1/2 tsp -mustard
• 1/2 tsp- Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain seeds
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp- Turmeric powder
• a few Curry leaves
• 1/2 tbsp – Lemon (squeezed)
• a pinch of Hing
• salt
• 1 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Boil the arvi till cooked (not very soft). Cool it and peel the skin and cut it.
- Heat oil, add hing, mustard, cumin seeds, ajwain, curry leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and then arvi. Fry for some time.
- When done add the lemon Juice.
- Serve hot with puri or chappati.
