Ingredients:

• Raw Mango – 2 large ones
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1 cup
• Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
• Mustard powder – 1.25 cup
• Oil – 3 cups, gingili oil
• Coriander seeds – 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Wash mangoes and dry them with a clean dry cloth.
  2. Remove seed and cut mangoes into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl mix red chilli powder, salt, mustard powder, turmeric and coriander powder.
  4. Now add oil so that it becomes a wet paste.
  5. Add the mango to the paste and transfer it into a dry jar.
  6. Pour oil on the top and cover it tightly.
  7. On the third day mix it all over again with a ladle and store.
