Ingredients:
• 1/2 – ripe Avocado
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• 1.5 tbsp – Sugar
• a handful of Ice cubes (optional)
• 1 tsp – chocolate syrup (optional)
Method:
- Remove the pulp and cut the avocado into chunks.
- Put the chunks in a blender, add around 1/2 cup of milk and the sugar and blend well until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the remaining milk and blend again.
- Add ice cubes and chocolate syrup and serve.
