
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 1 – Avocado, de-seeded
• 1 tbsp- Tamarind pulp
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Ginger, grated
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 1 tsp – Sesame oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard and cumin
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop spinach and keep aside. Mash avocado and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Splutter mustard and cumin.
- Add green chilles, ginger, onion and saute. Add spinach. Cook till it wilts. Add tamarind pulp and stir well.
- Take off heat and allow to cool. Blend the spinach and avocado well. Add salt as per taste.
- Serve with roti or parathas.
