Ingredients:
• 100 g – baby Corn
• 2 tbsp – gram flour
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• oil
• salt
Method:
- Cut the baby corn into half.
- Make a batter of gram flour, salt and spices.
- Dip the baby corn in this batter and deep fry it.
