
Ingredients:
• 4-5 – skinless, washed Chicken legs/thighs
• 1/2 tbsp – pepper
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – jeera/cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic powder/paste
• 2 tbsp – barbecue sauce (or any sauce of your choice)
• 3 tbsp -olive oil
Method:
- Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients, except the oil, for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pressure pan.
- Fry the chicken in the oil, until it’s evenly browned on all sides.
- Add 1/4 cup water to release any spices sticking to the bottom.
- Cover and cook on medium flame up to 1 whistle and then simmer for 2 minutes.
