
Ingredients:
• Besan or gram flour – 1 cup
• Grated Coconut – 1 cup
• Milk – 1 cup
• Finely crushed Almonds (Badam) – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 cup
• Sugar – 3 cups
Method:
- In about 1/2 cup of ghee, slightly fry the besan till there’s no raw smell.
- Add all the ingredients including the crushed badam and the leftover ghee.
- Keep stirring continuously over medium fire for about 20-25 minutes.
- Once the mixture starts leaving the sides and becomes difficult to stir, add some elaichi.
- Now immediately pour the mixture on to a greased plate and cut into pieces
- Decoration (Optional) : Decorate with pistachios/cashews nuts.
