Ingredients:

• 200 gm – Chicken boneless
• 20 gm – Pineapple paste
• 1 gm – Red Chilli paste
• 5 ml – oil
• 30 gm – Almond paste
• 1 gm – Cinnamon powder
• 2 gm – Garam Masala
• 15 gm – Corn flour
• Salt to taste
• 15 gm – Cream

Method:

  1. Clean the chicken; keep aside. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Now mix chicken in the mixture.
  2. Keep aside for 5 minutes & then skewer and cook in a tandoor.
  3. Serve with curd dip made by adding chopped coriander, green chili, black salt, chopped onion and chaat masala.
