Ingredients:

• 50 g – Bajra flour
• 20 g – Ghee
• 5 g – ajwain seeds
• 30 g – sugar, powdered
• 5 g – cardamom, powdered

Method:

  1. Make a dough of the bajra by adding water, half of the ghee and ajwain seeds.
  2. Roll out small balls of the dough and make a small depression with your thumb. Steam the balls.
  3. Once it is cooked, mash and add sugar, the remaining ghee and cardamom powder. Serve warm.
