Ingredients:

• Bake beans – 4 tbsp
• Macaroni or Pasta – a little
• Oil – few drops
• 1 – Capsicum, sliced
• 1 – Onion, sliced
• 1 – Tomato, sliced
• Curry powder, chilli or paprika – 1 tsp
• White or brown bread – as needed

Method:

  1. Take Bake beans in a bowl. Add some boiled macaroni.
  2. Heat oil and saute slivers of capsicum, onion, and slices of tomato. Keep aside.
  3. Season the bean mixture with some curry powder, chilli or paprika.
  4. Pile on slices of lightly buttered white or brown bread.
  5. Place a few slices of stir fried vegetables over the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over it, if desired.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven, at 180 degree C for 5 to 7 minutes, till toast is crisp.
  8. Serve hot.
